Job Overview:
The Sponsors Lead Generator will play a critical role in identifying, prospecting, and securing sponsorships for ITServe Alliance events and initiatives. This position requires a proactive and motivated individual who can build strong relationships with potential sponsors and partners, ensuring they see the value in collaborating with ITServe Alliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify Potential Sponsors: Research and identify companies that align with ITServe Alliance’s mission and target audience for potential sponsorship opportunities.
Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with potential sponsors through email, phone calls, and networking, effectively communicating the benefits of sponsoring ITServe Alliance events and programs.
Develop and Maintain Relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with sponsors, understanding their needs and ensuring they are met through tailored sponsorship packages.
Lead Management: Track and manage leads in CRM software, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records of all sponsor interactions.
Event Participation: Assist in organizing sponsor-related activities at events, including sponsor booths, speaking opportunities, and networking sessions.
Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, sponsorship sales, and engagement metrics, using this data to refine and improve strategies.
