Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with potential IT candidates on the bench.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and vendors.
Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates to fulfill client requirements.
Negotiate and close deals with vendors and clients.
Requirements:
Proven 3-5 years of experience in US IT bench sales recruitment
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Familiarity with various job boards and sourcing techniques.
It is a fully onsite role no remote work.
Duration : Full Time
Timings: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (EST Timings)
