Role Description
This position is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Bench Sales Recruiter. The responsibilities include overseeing the Bench Marketing process, managing vendors, cultivating relationships, handling sales, and facilitating communication.
Qualifications
- Right candidates must possess three to four years of experience in US IT Bench Sales Marketing
- Profound knowledge of the Bench Sales process is required.
- Need to have a solid understanding of various visas such as H1Bs, TNs, GCs, USCs, and EADs
- Will be responsible for working closely with consultants, their resume updates, searching matchable requirements, negotiating rates, and submitting them, keeping track of every submission, taking regular updates on interviews, and the post-interview follow-ups.
- Should be good at resume postings on job portals like Dice, Monster, and other social networking sites.
- Should have a proven record of working with Tier-one Vendors. Will be responsible for bringing in and relationship management with new vendors.
- Taking care of daily and weekly status tracking using Microsoft Excel.
