We are looking for candidates who can take 100% Responsibility in placing our Bench


Responsibilities:

A qualified Senior candidate with minimum 3+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
Must have good Experience of US staffing business, Bench sales and recruitment process.
Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.
Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities.
Regular interaction and follow-up with Bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Suggesting innovative ways to market and place candidates.
Must be a good team player and result driven.


Qualifications

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Previous experience in sales, preferably IT services.
Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient customer service.
