Bench Sales Recruiters (On-site)
We are looking for an experienced Bench sales to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Expert in Bench Sales including of H1Bs, TNs, GCs, USCs & EADs.
- Coordinating with the consultant to know their comfortableness with the requirement before submitting to the Vendor.
- Posting the resume on all job portals like Dice, Monster & social networking portals, etc.
- Submitting the consultants to all the suitable job postings on all portals.
- Broadcasting the Profile of the consultant and the Hotlist of the company on a periodical basis.
- Maintaining Good interpersonal Relations with the Client and the Vendors.
- Should contain or understand an overview of USIT Recruitment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1 to 3 years in US IT recruitment
- Must be able to work in the US Shifts EST, CST, or PST. Any shift would work.
- Must have a proven track of minimum closures month-wise.
- Must have some exposure to applicant tracking systems like Dice, Monster, Job-Diva, or others.
- Must have Good Communication skills as well as good writing skills too.
- Must be able to interact with US Citizens, GC Holders, or EADs.
- Must have experience in working for Direct Client requirements/VMS-based requirements.
- Full-Time Recruitment would be a plus
- Experience sourcing for Semiconductor/Engineering Industry would be a major plus.
- Must know how to prioritise time to succeed in a challenging environment.
- Hands-on experience working in US Staffing as a Recruiter
- Dynamic and result-oriented individual.
- Excellent relationship management skills to develop successful networks within senior management, staffing teams, and HR Partners.
