The role: A Bench Sales Recruiter at Meritore is responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients who require staffing services. The primary focus of the role is to identify and place professionals who are currently available or 'on the bench' for employment with client companies that require their services. The Bench Sales Recruiter is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates, negotiating contracts and terms, and ensuring that all relevant paperwork and compliance requirements are met. 

Responsibilities: 

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities with clients who require staffing services. 

• Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying new opportunities to expand business. 

• Working closely with professionals who are 'on the bench' to understand their skills, experience, and availability. 

• Matching candidates to client job requirements and negotiating contract terms and rates. 

• Ensuring that all relevant paperwork and compliance requirements are met, including visa and immigration requirements, background checks, and other legal requirements. 

• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the company remains competitive and relevant in the marketplace. 

The Person: We are keen on meeting an experienced professional, · who is self-motivated, go-getter and can hit the ground from Day One · who has strong communication & interpersonal skills · with an overall experience of to 0 to 5 years with strong understanding of US market · Who is highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
