Proficiency in communication and negotiating and experience with recruiting tools and procedures are essential for a bench sales recruiter role.

As part of this position, you'll be responsible for identifying suitable Positions, and onboarding bench candidates; keeping an open pipeline of competent candidates; working with the sales and account management teams to meet client needs; and establishing and preserving connections with vendors and consultants. I think staying up to date with industry best practices and market trends is very important.
