BMC Software Helix

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain BMC Remedy workflows and forms.
Develop and maintain BMC Helix/Remedy reports and dashboards along with BMC Business Workflow.
Provide technical support for BMC Remedy ITSM applications.
3+ years of experience in BMC Helix/Remedy development.
Experience in BMC Digital Workplace and Business Workflows.
Strong knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM architecture, data model, workflows and forms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of BMC Innovation Studio (Preferred)
Knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM integrations (Preferred)
