Job Title - Project Coordinator
Security Regulatory Liaison Office Project Coordinator Contractor Support
Basic Purpose: As project coordinator, assist the Program Manager in the delivery of BSA-AML projects. Provide day-to-day project support as directed by the BSA-AML Program Manager; which includes but is not limited to: project planning, scheduling workshops, drafting and distribution of meeting notes, ensuring the execution of workshop action items with assigned owners, and preparing materials for steering group discussions.
Responsibilities:
• Organizing and scheduling workshops with Workstream Leads and Program Manager.
• Creating and distributing meeting minutes, collected action items, decisions, etc.
• Assists in managing the intake process for new action items stemming from various workshops and project meetings; manages the tracking log, follows up on status, and ensures completion of Open Items.
• Manages the entry and update of Security-related issues / findings within the GRC system.
• When running projects.
· Ensures effective management of projects from inception through implementation.
· Partners with project teams to develop and coordinate project plans.
· Ensures timelines are met and project goals are attained through effective management and monitoring of project milestones and timelines.
• Develop presentation materials with the Program Manager to feed the governance forum, including communication of progress and status of project activities to Leadership, raising of risks and issues of the focused program, etc.
• Provide additional support to assist in the Program Management of the BSA/AML Program.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Highly experienced in managing complex projects, managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals.
• Advanced organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Advanced interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Expertise in developing and managing relationships across business units and the organization, building effective relationships through rapport, trust, and tact.
• Strong problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Solid knowledge of project lifecycles, and project management methodologies.
• Advanced presentation software skills, with an eye for detail.
• Preferred, strong familiarity or experience with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes.
• Preferred 4-year degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, including Project Management Certification.
