Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analysis Specialist to work as part of our Business Analyst Team. This person will work alongside a strong team of Salesforce professionals to assist in developing and deploying large-scale enterprise solutions to our clients. Work with both clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements, and play an integral role in the overall execution of our delivery business processes.

Play a key role in leading for our clients, across digital, experience, data and enterprise IT modernization.
Areas of responsibility:
- Define the business and functional requirements for our clients.
- Determine how to measure business results, model current & future business processes, gather technical requirements and identify the organizational changes required to realize the benefits of the solution architecture successfully.
- Support sprint planning and identify features/stories implementation.
- Deliver process flow mapping across functional & non-functional epics/stories mapped to macro-level journeys and regulate issues incrementally to prepare user stories by breaking down epics.
- Elicitation and collaboration of requirements through facilitating workshops and documenting outcomes and risks.
- Define project scope and capture all requirements in including risks/assumptions/issues/ dependencies.
- Articulate technology-based solutions, present in new business situations and workshops, and sometimes navigate complex client situations.
- Support any backlog definition and progress update.
- Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and maintain updated ticketing for events, incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc.
- Participate and drive key meetings with clients for requirement defining, demos, and end user trainings for successful business outcomes.
- Work closely with developers and architects to verify the code, deployments, and solutions are meeting business requirements.
- Create data flow diagrams and training materials for internal training sessions for clients and business users to help better understand user groups and their preferred functionalities.
- Identify new business opportunities, cross sell/upsell opportunities, provide active support in pre sales activities and solution design or demonstrations.
Key skills:
- Experience in delivering complex business or technology solutions, from solution design to end-to-end implementation.
- Exposure to change transformation, product management practices and modern ways of working.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams developing business and systems requirements, user interface design and prototyping, data modelling, and system design.
- Hands-on experience using software solutions to develop business solutions, configuration, validation of rules and workflows.
- Experience collaborating with business partners, stakeholders, clients, etc.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methods.
- Technical business analysis experience in consulting and digital transformation solutions.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications.
- Salesforce Admin Certification and Consulting Cloud Certification (Sales, Service or Community).
- CBAP Certification
