CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:

Required Skills:
7 Years - Full-time experience in business analysis. Experience performing complex to advanced business analysis work.
Preferred Skills:
7 Years - Experience reviewing and appropriately applying regulatory and reporting requirements.
7 Years - Experience reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user and stakeholder needs.
7 Years - Experience facilitating and documenting business process mapping and business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems that make a business more effective.
7 Years - Experience documenting detailed requirements for information technology solutions that will meet program and user needs.
7 Years - Experience implementing new IT solutions from initial idea to project completion.
5 Years - Experience working directly with a Texas state agency as an employee or contractor in a Business Analyst role.
5 Years - Experience simultaneously collecting requirements across multiple pro gram areas or organizations that are geographically dispersed and that have varying business needs.
5 Years - Experience working with DIR and the Data Center Services (DCS).
