Roles and Responsibilities:
Identifying and documenting as-is and to-be business and system requirements using the IES prescribed business analysis methodology, processes, toolkit and tools including but not limited to context diagrams, process flows, use cases, data dictionary and user interface specifications.
Conducting systems and data analysis for current and legacy systems.
Meet with relevant stakeholders, including agency, local district subject matter experts, other IES program areas, and executive teams to elicit and document requirements.
Produce work products that reflect and ensure system planning, design, and delivery are in line with business needs.
Conduct work product peer reviews and assist in internal review process.
