100% Remote

Long-term Contract

Roles and Responsibilities:

a. Review vendor deliverables and provide comments and recommendations to approve or request changes.

b. Participate in requirements validation, system configuration and design sessions.

c. Review vendor deliverables for testing protocols and execution; provide comments and recommendations to approve or request deliverable changes.

d. Assist with the review of test cases and test data to facilitate testing in all project phases.

e. Assist with process redesign and documentation as needed in support of the design sessions.

f. Assist with functional testing of the new solution.

g. Other project duties as assigned and as needed by the Child Care Services Office.

Required Experience and Skills:

a. Have at least 5 years of experience working as a business analyst in large and complex environments with a strong preference for experience within state government, social services, and Child Care programs.

b. 3-5 years of experience with IBM Cúram Social Program Management platform solutions and the business functions associated with administering Child Care subsidy programs.

c. Strong understating of project management lifecycles and experience working within hybrid agile environments.

d. Previous experience performing functional testing with the IBM Cúram Social Program Management Platform.

e. Ability to maintain working relationships with implementation vendor, State business and technical teams, and other project participants.
