You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, document processes, and support the development and implementation of software solutions. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather and prioritize requirements, and facilitate consensus among stakeholders.
- Perform business process analysis and modeling to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
- Work closely with project managers, architects, developers, and QA engineers to ensure that solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements documents, use cases, process flows, and user manuals.
- Support the testing, validation, and user acceptance of software solutions, and coordinate with stakeholders to address feedback and issues.
- Monitor project progress and communicate status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and project teams.
- Participate in post-implementation reviews and retrospectives to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Experience with business process modeling tools and techniques such as BPMN or UML.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira or Trello is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are desirable but not required.
