Job Description:

♦   Work with business and business partners to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs; understand the customer journey and define user requirements.

♦   Engage with business partners and influence project decisions; assess the risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands.

♦   Promote architectural consistency and usability standards; define and execute test cases.

♦   Creating a Compelling Business Case: Understands industry-specific trends that impact the organization;

♦   Clearly articulates benefits in business language; Accurately measures the contribution of IT projects to business value.

♦   Providing Accurate Project Effort Estimates: Manage ambiguity and create accurate project effort estimates;

♦   Accurately quantifies project-specific risks through the development lifecycle.

♦   Communications and Change Leadership: Can guide team decision making;

♦   Provides business partners with an accurate view of challenges to end-user buy-in Business Relationship Management: Adjusts customer expectations in accordance with changes in scope;

♦   Can effectively navigate conflict between multiple business partners.

♦   6+ Years of experience, Primary BA on several medium to large complexity project

♦   Experience in converting business requirements and functional requirements to use cases, epics, and user stories with acceptance criteri

♦   Demonstrated ability to quantify resource requirements and measure and communicate proposed project benefits

♦   Strong risk assessment, problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills

♦   Demonstrated ability to engage both developers and business partners to achieve target outcomes

♦   Excellent written and verbal communications.
