Key responsibilities:
- Data Visualization & Reporting: You won't just be crunching numbers; you'll dive deep into the market and our product's place within it.
- Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with our teams, you'll peel back the layers of our user's journey, spotting where they hesitate and helping us smooth out those bumps. Your insights will directly shape how we tweak our product to keep users coming back for more.
- Market & Product Analysis: We are always aiming to hit our users right in the feels with our marketing, so your knack for slicing and dicing user segments will be crucial.
- Marketing Analytics: You'll be the mastermind behind our campaign strategies, measuring their success and tweaking our approach based on your findings.
- Continuous Learning & Communication: We're in a fast-moving field, so an appetite for learning and staying on top of the latest in data analytics and tech will serve you well here. Communication is key—you'll be our data storyteller, translating complex insights into actionable strategies that everyone can understand and get behind.
About You:
- A Solid Foundation: You've got a bachelor's degree in something like Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field and 2+ years of experience in a quantitative role preferably across growth analytics, marketing analytics, and product analytics.
- Tech Savvy: SQL is your second language, and you're comfortable navigating around data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. If you've got a handle on metadata management, even better.
- Problem Solver: You love a good puzzle, especially when solving it can reveal ways to boost business metrics, nail market analysis, or streamline financial processes.
- Team Player: You know that the best results come from collaborating, and you're all about clear, effective communication.
- ETL Enthusiast: If you've got experience with ETL processes and data warehousing, you're the kind of multi-talented individual we're looking for.
- Superset: Someone who understands superset would be preferred.
