Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in the success of our global digital platform project. The ideal candidate will have experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of digital platforms and the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, product owners, and technical teams, to elicit, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements for the global digital platform.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with global stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, ensuring that the platform meets their requirements and aligns with business objectives.
  • Documentation: Develop comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement specifications (FRSs), user stories, use cases, and process flows to guide the development and implementation of the platform.
  • Gap Analysis: Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states, and propose solutions to bridge these gaps.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to support decision-making, including defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for the platform.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to optimize platform performance and user experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, developers, UX/UI designers, and QA teams to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
  • Testing & Validation: Participate in the development of test plans and scripts, and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the platform meets the defined requirements.
  • Change Management: Support change management efforts by helping to define and document changes in business processes, and assist in training and communication efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on digital platforms, software development, or global projects.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, software development life cycle (SDLC), and business analysis methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with business analysis tools and software such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or equivalent.
