We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in the Retirement, Group Insurance, or Institutional Banking domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Retirement, Group Insurance, and Institutional Banking.
Develop detailed business process models and workflows to support project objectives.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to identify potential solutions to business challenges.
Work closely with IT teams to ensure that solutions meet business needs and comply with industry regulations.
Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to validate requirements and obtain sign-offs.
Assist in the development of test plans and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
Provide ongoing support to project teams, ensuring that business requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
Experience:
Proven experience in the Retirement, Group Insurance, and Institutional Banking domains is mandatory.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis.
Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial services industry.
Experience with data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, or similar.
