Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

10-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the retirement or financial services industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and reporting software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Knowledge of retirement plans, regulations, and industry standards is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
