Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyse the existing B2B Ecommerce sites, their Business processes and propose robust solutions to improve the overall User experience and performance of the site thereby increasing Sales generating more profits
Document requirements in Confluence
Set business rules in Insite and maintain master data & User roles Work with Development team, Designer to build new features or replace existing solution & UX designs
Work with QA team to build applicable Test cases and test the solution end to end in QA system
Assist business in UAT and get the required sign-off to move to Production
Train Business users to get hands on the new solutions built
Work with development team to deploy the solutions signed off to Production
Present innovative ideas to improve overall user experience
Participate in Daily Scrum call, Workshops, QA sessions, Prioritization, Retrospective & Deployment meetings in each sprint
Work with Product owners, Business team, Scrum master on the required approvals on documentation
Update Jira Backlog, Stories, Defects & Tasks daily
Successful execution of Client Backlog items/Enhancements which includes User Stories, Defects and Improvements and to burn down the existing backlog items expeditiously.
Schedule, organize and complete work within deadlines
Basic Qualifications:
7+ Years of strong experience as Business Analyst.
Have a strong understanding/experience working in E-commerce Projects
Strong customer facing experience
Experience in Agile / SCRUM projects
3+ Years of JIRA experience
Able to analyze the requirements in the Product Backlog and come up with the detailed design specifications
Able to write the Test Case/Script for the user stories
Able to participate in Test data creation/setup and testing of user stories
Strong Documentation skills
Strong Communication Skills
Handles multitasking extremely well
Experience on ADONIS ERP and middleware – Insite
