Job Title:Finance Transition Business Analyst, Data & Analytics
Travel Expectations: No more than once per month

The candidate will be part of the Finance Looker Transition team that is transitioning dashboards from
Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) to Google Looker. This role involves in-depth
engagement with business users to elicit and meticulously document business requirements, ensuring a
seamless and effective migration to the Google Looker platform.
Key Responsibilities:
● Engage with business users to elicit comprehensive requirements for dashboard features,
   aesthetics, and data representation.
● Accurately document business needs, detailing data sources, key metrics, and any bespoke
   features to be transferred or optimized within Google Looker.
● Collaborate with data engineers and visualization specialists to convert business needs into
    precise technical specifications.
● Develop product wireframes.
● Facilitate meetings with business stakeholders related to validation and sign-off.
● Confirm the fidelity of migrated dashboards to business requirements through thorough testing
   and user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination.
● Educate and assist business users in adopting the new Google Looker dashboards, facilitating a
   smooth transition and integration.
● Act as an intermediary between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure
   transparent communication and a mutual understanding of the migration efforts.
● Keep diligent records of user input and revisions of the dashboards to foster ongoing
   enhancement.
● Oversee the dashboard migration project from start to finish, ensuring adherence to schedules
   and quality benchmarks.


Qualifications
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
● 2+ years proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong portfolio in dashboard
   development and data visualization projects.
● Prior experience with advanced visualization tools (OBIEE, Google Looker, Tableau, PowerBi, or
   similar BI tools).
● Experience in the healthcare sector and knowledge of relevant data compliance regulations.

● Exceptional ability to document complex business requirements with clarity and precision.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large data sets.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on stakeholder
   management.
● Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects
   simultaneously.


Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
● Intermediate to advanced skills in SQL and understanding of data modeling concepts.
● Epic Reporting Workbench or Epic Clarity Revenue Data Model certification highly preferred.
● Prior experience with OBIEE and familiarity with Google Looker or similar BI tools.
● Experience working with Google Looker.
