Detailed JD for Support Tech Lead position:
·    10+yrs of experience in Implementation and support project.
·    Hands-on experience architecting solutions that involve Dynamics customization to include server-side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies and plug-ins.
·    Should have strong development skills using JavaScript, Custom workflows, Plug-ins, SDKs and Customizations, C# programming language.
·    Collaborate with Scrum master and team for sprint delivery as per commitment.
·    Experience in performing complex application development projects on the Microsoft stack.
·    Hands-on experience in Sales, Service Module.
·    Knowledge on SSIS and Kingsway soft is required.
·    Experience in configuring and deploying business functionality using Microsoft Dynamics on Cloud. Resource should be comfortable designing and deploying solutions.
·    Should be able to do impact analysis and support metrics
