Purpose
To coordinate hardware solution deployments across multiple sites, executing the plan and readiness checklists in a staged rollout . Ensure the deployment plan and activities are communicated and adequately resourced to support users during the transition to ASPIRE.
To work closely with the designated Site IT leads to gain a full understanding of the device requirements aligned with the ASPIRE global deployment plan in order to fully support the deployment go live.
Where appropriate, to engage and manage all relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment across in terms of understanding of ASPIRE Deployment Hardware Readiness across the relevant phases of Deployment.
To integrate the different Informatics services that are assigned to ensure the deliverables are delivered as per the specifications (budget, time, quality standards, requirements and corporate rules).
This role has three focus areas: general BA, Hardware, ERP
Your primary responsibilities include:
• Responsible and co-ordinating hardware solution deployments across multiple sites, executing the plan and readiness checklists in a staged rollout (deploy and back out). Ensure the deployment plan and activities are communicated and adequately resourced to support users during the transition
• Developing a comprehensive deployment plan covering hardware requirement collection, procurement, planning, preparation, set-up, readiness and cutover activities
• Understanding the As Is and To Be hardware landscape for all relevant sites and providing a comprehensive overview of requirements for different deployment phases to ensure successful implementation at Go Live
• Introducing and establishing hardware standards
• Ensuring the global qualification of hardware
• Providing installation guidelines
• Ensuring that a global process is in place for :
• License management
• Generic User management
• Change Management Use Cases
• Managing the full scope of System Readiness hardware topics and deliverables from entry-readiness phase all the way to Deployment.
• Delivering a high level of quality and service to our Key Stakeholders whilst consistently upholding the values of the System Readiness team across all endeavors
• Acting as the single point of contact for all topics related to ASPIRE Hardware Readiness
• Propose and supervise the implementation of improvements with a view to improving time and resource efficiency and optimizing existing project processes
• Identify, resolve and manage deployment risks and issues.
• Conduct post deployment reviews and evaluate, document and implement recommendations for improvement
Qualification Required:
• Bachelor or University degree (informatics, engineering or similar)
Experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles
• Experience in projects, programs and initiatives to implement IT projects
• Knowledge of IT, automation, operations and quality business processes
• Experience in software/hardware/ device solution deployment management across multiple facilities
• Experience in solution deployment strategies, approach and planning
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies
• Good understanding of the global pharmaceutical industry and broader
• Excellent knowledge in manufacturing / production, IT and quality
• Understanding of the Roche business and its key processes
• Extensive knowledge of IT, automation, operations and quality business processes

Strong Preference for:
1. SAP Hardware Deployment experience
2. Manufacturing background in Medical Diagnostics or other Medical Device
