JOB DESCRIPTION
Business Analyst
 Proficient in writing user requirements.
 Should have good business understanding and analytical skills on the requirements.
 Elicits, analyses, and validates the business requirements.
 Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, JAD sessions.
 Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
 Assists with the interpretation of requirements into feasible options and communicating these back to the
business stakeholders.
 Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as
necessary.
 Experience in Project analysis, including documenting business requirements, detailing issues, risks, and
drafting business processes and data flows.
 Proficient in enhancing the AS-IS and To-Be process flows with benefit analysis.
 Capable to do a feature analysis and align with product road map.
 Dynamic, innovative and help in the platform solutions by doing different market analysis and solutions
across.
 Breaking complex business requirements into user stories.
 Experienced in creating process flows for the user stories defined.
 Experienced in analysing the existing Process flow & Data flow to determine gaps.
 Develop functional specification documents based on the business analysis.
 Hands on experience on databases and the ability to analyse and map data sets from requirements.
 Should have basic understanding and working experience on SQL commands/Queries.
 Supporting business units in the development and execution of acceptance test plans for a successful
implementation.
 Should have experience in User Acceptance Testing, participating in (UAT) phases for defect fixes,
enhancements, and other strategic initiatives.
 In-depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Word and exposure to wire frames to support business
requirement gathering.
 Strong communications skills – in handling client meetings, carrying out presentation and coordinating with
delivery teams across locations.
 Ability to multi-task and to work in a high-pressure environment.
