Data analysis skills. Experience with tools like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server Management Studio to understand and research database systems and extracting data as needed.
Effective collaboration and communication with digital technology team members, business stakeholders, and data engineering group. Establishing the right contacts for various needs in this project and working with those resources is vital to the success of this effort.
Strong documentation skills needed to record research findings, methodologies, and data-related processes.
Proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity
High proficiency with SQL language and database management
Proven analytical abilities
Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience working with Business Objects.
Knowledge of ITIL Foundations.
