Job Description: As a Business Analyst at Apex Informatics, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand the business requirements for projects, enhancements, and other strategic initiatives.
Conduct market analysis, process analysis, and requirement analysis to capture business needs.
Translate business needs into detailed requirements and functional specifications.
Develop and implement effective business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.
Work closely with IT teams and management to prioritize business and information needs.
Support project management by preparing reports, analyzing data, and presenting project information to aid decision-making.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of business processes and strategy development.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Advanced technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel.
Excellent documentation skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Experience in working with senior decision-makers.
Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
Ability to lead and negotiate business solutions that balance technical capability, cost, and time, against business need.
