Technical Skills:
• 10+ Years of Experience as Business Analyst
• Strong Domain Knowledge – P&C Insurance
• Understanding of claims systems /process is not mandatory but would be preferable.
• Demonstrate Analytical and Problem-Solving Skill
• Experience in Business Writing, Business Process Flow, Business Process Modeling, Business Analysis, Data analysis, Data Mapping, Data Modeling, and testing various methodologies.
• Strong in written and verbal communication
• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business
• Understanding of Insurance business processes.
• Strong understanding of project life cycle and SDLC methodologies
Roles and responsibilities:
• BA needs to create data mapping from underwriting systems.
• Data validation and testing.
• Data governance related work.
• Should be able to follow industry best processes.
• Should be able to bring in ideas to improve productivity and Quality of work.
• A focus on high quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums.
• Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges.
Behavioral Skills:
• Should be aggressive in making decisions.
• Should have very good communication.
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualification:
• Education qualification: Graduate B. Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech, or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
