Business Analyst - Senior

Requirements

• 60 months of business process analysis and business process re-engineering    
• 60 months experience in gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements            
• 60 months experience in preparing functional and detail system design documents            
• 48 months experience with the testing and implementation phase of the Development Life Cycle            
• 60 months experience with Databases included, but not limited to DB2, Sybase, SQL            
• 48 months experience with Government Taxation organization, which includes technical design, development, maintenance and end user support of Complex Tax Accounting Systems            
• 48 months experience with financial systems            
• 24 months experience converting computer data from one format to another            
• 12 months experience with Real Property Tax (e.g. valuation, assessments and exemptions)
