Job Description:
Role would be Business Analyst so significant experience would be expected in the following areas :
- Analysing and evaluating new global and multi-regional regulatory initiatives in close collaboration with Regulatory Affairs and Legal and Compliance teams of the in-scope locations.
- Defining and aligning detailed regulatory /business requirements with key stakeholders within client – especially with Legal, Compliance, Business, COO, AFC & Operations teams.
- Taking care of cross-regional implementation coordination to achieve consistent implementation that takes account of business and technical requirements.
- Coordinating the adjustment of internal and external documents (client contracts, client letters or KOPs).
- Organizing and running internal project related trainings & communications.
- Preparing and presenting project updates to different governance bodies within DB Update of impacted procedures.
Experience:
- Knowledge of EU regulatory landscape (Investor Protection / MiFID, Payments, Transaction Reporting, ESG, …).
- Knowledge of Private Bank services and products.
- Knowledge of core banking systems like Avaloq or Temenos T24 etc.
- Solid experience as Business Analyst (> 6 years).
- Specific knowledge and experience about EU regulations (MIFID II, ESG, EMIR, MIFIR,…).
- Knowledge of Agile methodology (preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management / influencing ability.
- Very good written communication skills / familiar with PowerPoint presentation (senior management).
