The Strategic Planning Office seeks a Business Analyst to support State projects. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams to understand IT requirements, conducting meetings to document business processes, analyzing problems, and documenting improvements. The candidate will work with vendors, create test cases, gather RFP requirements, and assist in vendor evaluation.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of business and systems analysis experience in IT.
Proficiency in Microsoft Visio.
Preferred Qualifications:
CBAP Certification.
