The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
- Support resource for data migration and conversion activities;
- Documenting business processes and requirements around data conversion approaches;
- Translate requirements into functional and technical designs, including implementing stories and process flows;
- Recommend eliminating, retaining, or enhancing business processes and documenting those results.
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
- Four (4) years experience in data migration, cleansing and conversion projects;
- Three (3) years experience in data analysis using SQL queries to assist with the technical design effort, data cleansing effort and resolution of bugs/defects;
- Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical designs;
- Ability to create complex SQL queries.
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
- Experience with Corrections processes;
- Ability to understand complex business problems;
- Understanding of data conversion challenges and troubleshoot issues;
- Understanding of the underlying technical architecture and legacy systems
- Understanding of database platforms and database design.
