Requirement: • Min 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in various domains with the aptitude to work independently and in teams to meet business deliverables with a result-oriented approach. • Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models (Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall). • Experience in working with business/project stakeholders to identify business needs and use that as input to document requirements and process flows related to the business needs and estimate work effort to implement scope. • Extensive communication experience with customers and Subject Matter Experts (SME) to gather and document business requirements across multiple business process areas. • Strong experience in Business and Data Analysis, Data Profiling and Data Integration. • Knowledge in standard Business Analysis tools and techniques like Process flows, Use cases, Swim Lanes, Data Mapping, Decision & Document analysis, functional decomposition, interface analysis, business capability analysis, item tracking, non-functional requirements analysis, prototyping, risks analysis. • Hands on knowledge in SQL for various data management projects focusing on data and system analysis and in various Business Planning /Users reporting frameworks like Anaplan, Business Objects etc. • Experience in preparing and documenting User Acceptance Test (UAT), Business Acceptance Test (BAT) plan and obtaining the necessary sign offs from the concerned business units. o Adept in using Microsoft Office applications for day-to-day activities - like MS Word documentation, PowerPoint for presentation, Microsoft Visio for drawing flow diagrams and Excel for data presentation. o Must have hands-on experience in Anaplan
