7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
3+ years of Knowledge in Front to Back flows in Investment Banking from Trading to Settlement
Experience with Global1 and LOANET is a plus
Ability to write SQL queries in Oracle/SQL Server
Translate business requirements into meaningful specifications for developers to design and build functions.
• Analyze data and define rules for business processes.
• Provide status reporting to Senior Management.
• Define and document requirements for Real-time ownership stock record to distribute to downstream consumers.
• Create Functional specifications for developers to build stock record.
• Work with stakeholders to define a business strategy for inventory management.
• Gain an understanding of legacy stock records to enable decommission of legacy systems.
• Engage with downstream users to replace legacy distribution of stock record with standard data format.
• Define requirements to build a position management platform to improve funding efficiency and reduce fails.
• Interact regularly with Development leads to ensure agile delivery.
• Ensure product goes through UAT successfully before going live.
• Analyze data from Settlement systems and agents to build business rules for stock record.
• Work with multiple stakeholders to understand their requirements.
• Work with product owners, system owners and downstream consumers in an agile framework to ensure product delivery is done as committed.
• Coordinate with SMEs and Client to conduct regular Knowledge Transfer (KT) to development team and enhancing the overall business skills within the group.
• Liaise closely with the test teams to ensure that QA processes are relevant and thorough.
