Navitas Business Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst to support an enterprise Federal Team. In this role, the Business Analyst would be working to prepare technical documentation and analysis integral to the development of strategic data governance roadmap and operations plans.

International Travel will be required and expected for 2 months of the year.

Responsibilities:
Experience in preparing technical documentation and analysis integral to the development of strategic data governance roadmap and operations plans.
Must be adept at conducting research and in preparing documentation on user journeys, use cases, and technical standards to ensure clarity, accuracy, and coherence of findings, reports, and recommendations in alignment with project and business objectives.
Experience configuring low-code, off-the-shelf solutions for reporting and visualization of project tracking, program performance, and metrics.
Collaborating with the IT Project Manager, technical teams, and client stakeholders to gather and analyze relevant technical, operational, and administrative information to formulate data governance recommendations and strategies.
Supporting the technical writing needs of the project, developing clear, concise documentation that effectively communicates complex technical and operational concepts to a diverse stakeholder audience.
Assisting in the identification and analysis of system and process gaps, proposing informed solutions to enhance the data governance framework and support the development of technical prototype.
Engaging with stakeholders across various functional areas to gather and validate requirements, ensuring an inclusive, well-informed approach to the development of the data governance roadmap and CONOPS prototype.
Must be able to travel internationally and work from international locations.
Must hold Active Passport and travel.
