"Required Skills:
• Over 10+ years of experience as Business Analyst in capital markets reconciliations
• Has strong domain in capital markets reconciliations its processes & products - Cash, stock, derivatives, MM, FX, Fixed Income etc.
• Has worked on TLM Recs Premium 2.x/3.x (Smart Studio, Web Connect /TLM View, MI)
• Has worked on TLM Recs Premium components and sub-components.
• Static, Match rules, passes, passlists, initiations, workflows, exception management, dashboards/views.
• Has worked in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and had worked on the entire lifecycle of building reconciliations.
• Data feed analysis, preparation of Feed Specifications Document (FSD)o Requirement gathering & Analysis.
• Business Requirements Document (BRD) preparation
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Functional Specifications Document (FSD) preparation
• Static setup, Match & exception rules configuration, dashboards/views configuration
• UAT test cases preparation UAT testing support.
• Go live validation/support.
• Has worked in TLM automation programs involving migration of recs from manual processes/legacy systems/ new recs build/ enhancements.
• Has worked closely with Business and IT teams in banks for reconciliation programs.
• Has worked for large Tier1 and Tier2 global banks in the capital markets space in reconciliations.
• Has proactively suggested and documented process improvements like upstream data/feed changes, addition/modification of match rules to improve STP, standardization of static data etc.
• Report preparation, timely updates, and reporting to client.
• Has worked in a team, led a team, and worked as an individual contributor in TLM programs.
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effectively connect with the clients and other stakeholders in client
