Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for lead generation, market research, and deal closures. They will also be responsible for managing client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans
- Converting leads into clients
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Creating proposals and presentation material
- Providing support to the sales team on all aspects of the sales process
- Managing customer relationships
- Conduct Demos with high ticket clients
- Maintain long lasting relationships with the prospective and existing clients
Qualifications
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience in lead generation and market research
- Ideal Work experience in Sales: 0 to 2 years
- Ability to create effective and engaging presentations
- Knowledge of the online education industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in the education technology industry is a plus
