Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. Ideal candidate will be football enthusiast with proven track record in driving revenue growth and forming strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and forge strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including clubs, sponsors, and media outlets.
  • Drive revenue growth through the development and execution of effective business strategies.
  • Explore and implement innovative monetization models for fan engagement, including sponsorship deals, merchandise partnerships, and digital initiatives.
  • Use market insights to develop and refine business development strategies and tailor our offerings accordingly.
  • Plan and execute football-related events and activations to enhance fan experience.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team on business development activities and outcomes.

Qualification/ Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree / pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, sports or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of the football landscape and passion for fan engagement.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
