Qualifications

The job requires interacting with US citizens and companies throughout the United States
Candidates should have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development within the US IT Staffing industry
A strong interest in sales and a track record of successfully converting leads into clients is essential
Experience in managing clients and making cold calls is beneficial
A proven track record of converting leads and extensive sales experience is highly desirable
