Skills:
· Track record of successfully closing new business. Need 2020, 2021 and 2022 target revenue closed
· Demonstratable ability to scope new prospects, pitch services and have closed business.
· 4+ years of Sales experience in the IT industry preferably into IT Staffing industry.
· Experience in B2B client engagement
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Experience in Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, Hubspot
· Understanding of Technology terms, concepts and service models
· Strong work ethic with desire to learn and grow within the organization.
· Must have strong experience with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities:
· This role will be responsible for New Business Development
· Meet with Potential clients to determine their needs
· Building and nurturing relationships with new customers to identify IT needs
· Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
· Primary responsibilities include building a book of business
· Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities
· Should list the benefits that set your firm apart
· You will cover Indian MNCs and System Integrators to build long term relationships
· You will have support from a world class team to the hottest field in the IT market.
Bachelors/ Masters
