We are seeking an experienced and high-performing Business Development Manager to join Workcog Inc. This position offers the opportunity to drive business growth, develop and manage US client relationships, and expand our presence in the market. Experience in selling US IT services such as staffing, consulting, and managed services is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Generate leads by reaching out to Tier 1 companies through various channels.
Customize solutions and engage in cold calling, email communications, and virtual meetings (Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx).
Cross-sell and upsell to existing clients.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Excellent customer relationship management skills.
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
