Description

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) for Netenrich Adaptive MDR, you will
be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and developing relationships with potential
clients. Your role is to proactively reach out to prospects and qualify them for our
security solutions, including Managed Detection and Response (MDR).You will work
closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth and ultimately
contribute to our business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients in target markets,
focusing on cybersecurity needs, pain points, and current security
infrastructures.
• Outbound Prospecting: Conduct outreach via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn,

and other communication channels to initiate conversations with decision-
makers (CISOs, IT Directors, Security Officers, etc.).

• Qualification: Assess the needs and challenges of prospects through discovery
calls and qualify them as opportunities for the sales team.
• Nurturing Relationships: Maintain communication with potential clients,
providing relevant information and insights to build trust and interest in our
security solutions.
• Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure a
seamless handoff of qualified leads and assist in the development of targeted
sales campaigns.
• Stay Informed: Continuously stay up to date on cybersecurity trends, security
threats, and new products to provide valuable insights during interactions with
prospects.
• Sales Enablement: Support the sales team with lead data, insights, and
preparation for demos, presentations, and client meetings.
• Metrics and Reporting: Track and report key performance metrics such as the
number of qualified leads, meetings scheduled, and deals initiated.

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, cybersecurity, or related
field (preferred but not required).
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or
business development, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity space.
Skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity industry trends and products is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive mindset.
