Job Overview

Idea Usher is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of our business by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

 

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends.
  • Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Should be well versed in LinkedIn marketing and email marketing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Prepare and present compelling business proposals tailored to the needs of potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable business deals
  • Close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.

     

Qualifications And Skills

 

  • Excellent communication written and verbal
  • Prior experience in Sales and IT field (6+ Months of experience) will be a plus point
  • Cold calling experience
  • Flexible for timings and can work in different shifts.
  • Bidding/LinkedIn marketing experience
