Business Intelligence Developer Jakarta Raya Responsibilities: · Build scalable & reliable BI & Reporting platforms using a high degree of automation in setup and maintenance. · Building and maintaining reports, dashboards and visualizations that provide insights into key business metrics and trends. · Collaborating with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements. Review and feedback on measure and dimension specifications. · Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements. · Responsible for the Technical design (both high level and detailed), logical and physical design of the BI Reporting Layer dimensional data model (schema), Dimensional modeling and supporting design. · Support the production implementation of the reporting layer processes. · Responsible for the design and specification of the batch processing and scheduling dependencies. · Maintaining documentation and providing training and support to end-users · Ensuring data security and compliance with industry regulations. · Quality Management, timely delivery of routine and custom requests. Requirements: 1. Total experience: 5+years. 2. A Bachelor’s degree with a major in Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering, or Mathematics. 3. Proficiency in one or more BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView 4. Experience in BI application design, logical and physical data Modeling, Relational data base such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets and identify patterns and trends that can inform business decisions. 6. Familiarity with cloud-based data technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP is a plus. 7. Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices and industry regulations. 8. Strong experience in Insurance or relevant industry. 9. Inquisitive, self-motivated, resourceful, dedicated, and capable to work under minimum supervision. 10. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
