Responsibilities:

· Conduct needs analysis, value stream mapping, current state process mappings, and identify solutions to business challenges

· Compile business data using knowledge specific to sales and marketing teams to gain insight into a business organization and current operating structures, and work closely with data scientists to evaluate needs from business

· Lead business process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis of current/to-be processes during workshops with key sponsors and stakeholders

· Contribute to the development of objectives and plans to realize the value through specific business outcomes as well as product adoption key metrics

Act as a trusted advisor with stakeholders throughout the engagement
