Overview:
We are seeking a Business Processes Management Specialist or Business Processes Architect to lead
process improvement initiatives using SAP Signavio. This role will focus on analyzing, modeling, and
enhancing business processes to increase operational efficiency. Candidates should possess deep
experience in business process management (BPM), though familiarity with SAP Signavio is critical, and
training may be provided if there is experience with comparable BPM software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and optimize business processes using SAP Signavio, ensuring alignment with company
objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and departments to gather process requirements and develop
detailed process models.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, optimizing efficiency and reducing
operational costs.
- Conduct workshops and facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions to promote process ownership
across teams.
- Collaborate with IT and functional leads on the integration of ERP systems and other enterprise
applications with improved processes.
- Provide support in continuous improvement efforts, driving change initiatives with measurable
outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and quality standards in process transformation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Master’s degree
preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business process management, process architecture, or IT-related process
management roles.
- Experience with BPM tools (such as SAP Signavio, or similar platforms like Bizagi, IBM BPM, etc.).
- Ability to design and implement processes aligned with ERP systems.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication to work effectively across multiple departments.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in BPM, Six Sigma, or Lean.
- Experience with data analytics tools for process performance management.
- Proficiency in ERP integration (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
