Business System Analyst

he Business Systems Analyst Lead collaborates with Technology Engineers in the Infrastructure organization to align technology solutions with business strategies. Seeking a BSA leader with extensive business systems analysis experience in IT, possessing excellent communication skills. Prior experience in eliciting and documenting project deliverables in both Waterfall and Agile frameworks is essential. The BSA will facilitate meetings, update project deliverables, and assist the Project Manager in coordinating meetings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate meetings with technology engineers and project managers to elicit and document requirements for project deliverables, including scope, requirements, technical design, and testing.
• Build relationships with project team colleagues to understand their needs, advocate on their behalf, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with impacted technology teams to capture requirements and strengthen relationships between teams.
• Partner with Scrum and Waterfall teams to ensure all documented requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered as specified.
• Facilitate scope, discovery, and design sessions, and communicate with business partners on story status and follow-ups.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in IT organizations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• BSA experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced banking environment where priorities may change.
• A team player with a focus on high customer service and satisfaction, prioritizing the colleague experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Hybrid workplace position requiring a minimum of 3 days per week at the assigned work location
