Your responsibilities in this role will include:
·      6+ years of experience working as Techno-Functional role.
·      Good to have experience in Utilities domain.
·      Experience is Workflow migration and Sharepoint.
·      Experience in elicitation of requirements specific to business process automations at all scales, is a must.
·      Good Experience in assessing SharePoint sites.
·      Excellent communication, requirements elicitation & documentation skills.
·      Quickly create functional requirements documents from multiple business units/functional areas and make it easily understandable by both technical team and business owners.
·      Work independently and make decisions in accordance with technical team.
·      Working with Business & Senior management to elicit Dashboard requirements.
·      Provide essential input to other stakeholders so that plans are based on analysis of historical performance and real time data.
·      Presenting requirements & collaboration across cross-functional teams.
·      Have familiarity with forecasting, budgeting and scheduling concepts.
·      Assess existing applications and prepare requirement documents.
·      Prepare Functional Requirement Documents & User Stories.
·      Work with Business users to elicit & validate requirements for Modernization of application.
·      Experienced in Agile Scrum & SDLC methodologies.
·      Ready to work with multi-vendor teams from distributed locations.

Soft Skills:
Good communication skills, Analytical & Problem-Solving skills

Good to Have skills:
·      Experience in large scale modernization initiatives is a plus.
·      Experienced in Data Analysis, Data Dashboards, SQL, BI Tools is good to have.
·      Awareness of Cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
·      Awareness of UI Technologies
·      Understanding of UX designs
