The Client Schedule, Time and Pay program is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support various activities on a Payroll Transformation program.
He/She collaborates with organizational stakeholders and senior management to establish and implement processes that enhance efficiency and improve work products for the enterprise.
The Business Analyst serves as a liaison between the business community and Information Services (I.S.).
This position elicits and analyzes business needs for highly complex projects and validates that solutions fit within the long-term strategic vision.
The Business Systems Analyst determines the impact and integration of solutions to business processes and systems.
He/She ensures Business Systems Analysis (BSA) work products conform to quality and content standards.
This position stays current on industry best practices, standards, trends, tools, and techniques.
Candidates must be able to take initiative, work with minimal supervision and begin projects independently.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience with Lean Agile, Business Process Analysis, Business Process and Requirements Elicitation, Requirements Analysis/Documentation and User Stories Management
Active Listening, Organizational Skills, Requirements Elicitation and Documentation skills
Ability to facilitate cross-functional sessions to elicit requirements, identify business and/or technical impacts and assist with resolving project impediments
Ability to multitask and work on highly complex projects with a positive attitude
Familiarity with Agile and scrum concepts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to deliver artifacts meant for Executive Level Stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or the equivalent in education and work experience
