Description

  • The Client Schedule, Time and Pay program is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support various activities on a Payroll Transformation program. 
  • He/She collaborates with organizational stakeholders and senior management to establish and implement processes that enhance efficiency and improve work products for the enterprise.
  • The Business Analyst serves as a liaison between the business community and Information Services (I.S.).
  • This position elicits and analyzes business needs for highly complex projects and validates that solutions fit within the long-term strategic vision.
  • The Business Systems Analyst determines the impact and integration of solutions to business processes and systems.
  • He/She ensures Business Systems Analysis (BSA) work products conform to quality and content standards.
  • This position stays current on industry best practices, standards, trends, tools, and techniques.
  • Candidates must be able to take initiative, work with minimal supervision and begin projects independently.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience with Lean Agile, Business Process Analysis, Business Process and Requirements Elicitation, Requirements Analysis/Documentation and User Stories Management
  • Active Listening, Organizational Skills, Requirements Elicitation and Documentation skills
  • Ability to facilitate cross-functional sessions to elicit requirements, identify business and/or technical impacts and assist with resolving project impediments 
  • Ability to multitask and work on highly complex projects with a positive attitude
  • Familiarity with Agile and scrum concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deliver artifacts meant for Executive Level Stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or the equivalent in education and work experience
