Job Description
 

  • Leverage all the information we gather from different sources to help make data-driven decisions that’ll build our strategy and drive brand recognition, growth, and engagement
  • Develop and run quantitative analyses and reports while working with enormous amounts of data, in order to give actionable business insights
  • Be the data and analytical lead on projects across the group, partnering with the different teams to define, execute, measure, and optimize our core business models
  • Plan, execute, and analyze a wide range of tests in order to improve how we engage with our users
  • Promote awareness and understanding of our key metrics by developing automated tools and visualizations
     

Qualifications:

 

  • A highly analytical person with 1+ years of experience in quantitative analysis on large data sets, preferably from an online company.
  • Education in a field emphasizing quantitative analysis (such as industrial engineering, finance, statistics, economics, etc.)
  • Advantage - hands-on experience in SQL and/or Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI. Alternatively, experience in learning coding languages and a good understanding of relational databases.
  • Excellent visualization and presentation skills.
  • Independent, fast learner, and able to prioritize well while working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with many different interfaces.
  • English at a professional capacity and great communication skills, both in person and written.
