7+ years of hands-on experience with C# and the .NET framework (ASP.NET, .NET Core).
Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
Experience with RESTful APIs, Web Services, and building scalable, high-performance applications.
Proficiency with SQL Server and/or other relational databases, including database design and optimization.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools like Git.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of unit testing and test-driven development (TDD) practices.
Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra) and event-driven architectures.
Experience in mentoring junior developers and leading technical initiatives.
